Our manufacture process – Automatically Brilliant

What this means to you, our customer, is that all of our products are now manufactured via a fully automated production line ensuring the most consistent quality our industry can offer.

Our new Tekna 442 5 Axis CNC machining centre effortlessly processes our extruded aluminium profiles to 0.1mm accuracy, allowing our production operatives to assemble the frames without the requirement for any manual drilling and, therefore, removing the human error factor. Of course, our Production Manager, Andrzej Smakula, rigorously checks all our assemblies prior to dispatch.

Our new Multicam 1000 Series CNC Routing centre produces our upstand sections from our own specification insulating sandwich panels. This 3 Axis machine will produce identical quality upstands all day, again to a 0.1mm tolerance.

All of Sunsquare’s products are hand finished and this is where the difference between a good product and an excellent one is revealed.
