Installation Manager

Marcin has been with Sunsquare for 3 years, and is in charge of all Installations at Sunsquare HQ. Working closely alongside Pawel and the Production team, his role is to ensure that our skylights are delivered on time and to their desired specification, and ensures a smooth and seamless installation. How did you get to where you are today in your career?>

Hard work, having my priorities in order and a little bit of luck. Life has taught me that you have to aim high and if you are determined and motivated then the sky is the limit!

Can you talk us through the installation process?
The installation process starts with an idea, of course you have to follow the proper procedures and rely on having the right people around you too. In short, we follow the simple method: Plan, implement, meet the client’s expectations

What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far at Sunsquare?

Honestly, every day is a challenge, but that’s good because that is why this job is so satisfying.

How does it benefit the customer having an in-house installation team?

The benefits of the customer from the assembly team are obvious, the work is done by people with years of experience and that’s what makes the Sunsquare service what it is. We are proud to offer a guarantee with all works performed by the assembly team.

What’s the best part of your role?

Working with a great team of people and the possibility of having installations every day in different locations, which ensures no day is the same! It’s exciting and keeps me on my toes.
