The UK’s flat rooflight pioneers will demonstrate to leading architects how their bespoke skylight solutions can create the illusion of space and light as well as reduce energy costs.
Chris Chaney, Managing Director of Sunsquare, said: “Skylights are a hugely popular architectural statement and our products are very effective at making the interior of a property look brighter and lighter.
“We offer a flexible client design service and work on a made-to-measure basis to meet individual requirements.
“We also have a selection of products to suit even the most complex of projects.”
Among these is the 30-degree pitch Pyramid Skylight – which takes the renowned thermal performance of Sunsquare SkyView model and combines it with a contemporary aesthetic – and Sunsquare’s innovative walk-on internal floorlights which flood interiors below with natural light to make living areas feel more spacious.
Demonstrations on how a skylight can rejuvenate and revive a building’s aesthetics will be provided to link to the Ecobuild 2017 theme of Regeneration.
Mr Chaney added: “All our skylights are manufactured from our own extruded aluminium profile which is thermally broken with two polyamide insulating sections and then factory-glazed.
“In simple terms, this means that you’ll never have a problem with condensation where a Sunsquare skylight has been fitted into one of our upstands.”
Sunsquare is the only UK-based skylight manufacturer to be awarded the BSI Kitemark following rigorous testing of its products for air permeability, weather tightness and wind resistance.
Sales experts from Sunsquare will also be on-hand throughout Ecobuild 2017 to give information and advice about which skylights are the right choice for specific projects.
The event, which attracts around 33,000 people each year, takes place from 7th-9th March at ExCeL London.
Sunsquare is the only flat roof manufacturer on the list of exhibitors and can be found at stand number NHC118 in the NFRC pavilion.
