Sunsquare collaborated with Mr & Mrs Patel, owners of a charming Victorian house in Teddington, to transform their recently renovated rear extension with bespoke skylight solutions. Building on their existing Sunsquare skylight in the master bedroom, the couple turned to us again to address the need for light and ventilation in their new kitchen and family area, showcasing our trusted expertise.

This elegant Victorian house in Teddington underwent a thoughtful renovation, relocating the kitchen and creating a new family space within the rear extension. The historic property, with its classic architecture, required modern upgrades to ensure both areas were bright and well-ventilated, aligning with the Patels’ vision for a comfortable family home.

• 2 x Aero Pitch Skylights, installed at a 20-60 degree pitch, one each for the family room and kitchen, featuring smart technology for remote opening and closing via smartphone.
• 1 x Aero Electric Vent, providing electronic operation for additional light and ventilation.
