Whiteacres, crafted by renowned chartered architect Emma Vergette, is a celebrated single-storey residence in Warwickshire, recognised under Paragraph 55 of the National Planning Policy Framework for its outstanding and innovative design. Built over 18 months on the grounds of a former Edwardian estate, this luxurious home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and expansive open-plan living spaces, all framed by historic red brick walls. Its contemporary style harmonises with the natural surroundings, creating a prestigious retreat.

Sunsquare’s Contribution Custom Skylight Solutions

Sunsquare supplied the following premium skylights to enhance Whiteacres:

• 1 x Wall Abutment Skylight, custom-fitted to the flat roof, offering a sleek integration with the brick wall.
• 1 x SkyView Rooflight, designed to flood the interior spine corridor and living areas with natural light.

These skylights feature high-performance glass:

• Mansafe: 10mm clear toughened low-E outer pane, 12mm argon-filled spacer, 9.5mm laminated inner pane.
• Colours: Slate Grey (RAL 7015) outside, White (RAL 9010) inside.
