Media production agency, Tapestry’s prominent office space situated in the heart of trendy Soho was in real need of refurbishment; and our Horizon Multi-Pane walk-on skylights were perfect for creating a new, exciting social space for employees and clients alike.

Tapestry’s appointed contractor, Mitre Construction, specified Sunsquare due to our expertise in walk-on skylights and ability to transform the working environment of the agency’s creative staff.

The planning process

As our Horizon walk-on rooflights are safe enough to be regularly walked upon, the client opted for a Multi-Pane configuration to provide the perfect venue for photo shoots, staff parties and entertaining clients; a fantastic return on investment given that outdoor space in Central London is undeniably sought-after.

Our bespoke capabilities

The client also voiced privacy concerns as the walk-on roof terrace would sit directly above his team’s offices. We recommended obscured, anti-slip glazing treatments; allowing abundant daylight in whilst stopping those above from seeing in.
